C.A.M.E.O.

I attended an amazing event last night called C.A.M.E.O.

C.A.M.E.O. was formed in rememberance of a young mother of four, Cathy Anna Mayer, who passed away from complications of breast cancer. Her friends and family hold girls night out to raise money for local charities.

Her children were a part of the function and a slide show they did remembering Cathy brought me to tears. The event was held at the Pearson Air Museum and the theme this year was "Blue Rendezvous" so all ladies were encouraged to wear blue. Local vendors donated silent auction baskets to continue to raise money. The charitable group this year was Women's SafeChoice Domestic Violence Shelter.
