He's Mobile!

A week short of his 8th month birthday, Easton began crawling. The whole week prior, we enjoyed watching him rock on hands and knees, willing himself to move. We teased him with paper and toys just out reach and he would intently stare the paper down and make attempts to grab for it. When he finally took off, we got the biggest kick out of his crawl. Although not as inventive as Ellie's, she crawled with a knee and a foot, he would crawl a bit and then bring both legs up like a frog! It was so cute. That only lasted a few days. He is crawling "normally" and he is fast. Now he is all over, non-stop, checking everything out. He is incredibly happy now that he has some independence - and that is SO nice. Easton and Ellie are even actually starting to play together - well, sort of. Here is Easton, checking out Daddy mowing the front yard!
