Aaron's parents took us on the Polar Express just before Christmas. To prep for the trip, Ellie listened to her book on tape of the Polar Express and really enjoyed listening to the story over and over. Polar Express was even on T.V. and we caught it a few times. The train ride was a lot of fun, with hot chocolate served and Christmas carols being sung. 4 years-old is such a wonderful age to believe in Santa Claus! Easton is fascinated by trains and was fearless of Santa so he really enjoyed the ride. Ellie was a bit skeptical of Santa, but Easton's bravery gave her some confidence! If you haven't gone, I recommend it. Pulling up to the North Pole is quite magical and it makes for a great memory!
